The magnesium pools are the centrepiece. Magnesium-rich water is understood to support circulation and lymphatic drainage, and shifting between warm and cold water activates the parasympathetic nervous system, the calming response. The glacial ice room gives you a sharper cold option alongside the plunge pool, so there’s more than one way to run the contrast sequence depending on how much cold you want at once.

The salt room replicates the microclimate of a salt cave, which puts it in a different category from standard steam or sauna space.
