Behind a rusted door off Easey Street, a two-storey brick warehouse holds Sense of Self, known to regulars as SOS. The draw is a bathing circuit built around a magnesium-rich pool, with a steam room, cold plunge, and sauna rounding it out. Between rounds, there’s a dedicated space to sit, have tea, and let your heart rate settle before going again. Staff keep the place moving, wiping down wet floors and offering drinks to guests. Private showers come stocked with soap and shampoo.
